Refund Policy

1. One-time fees

Account fees are a one-time charge with $0 activation. Because access is granted immediately on purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once an account is issued.

2. Resets

Reset fees (approximately 35% of the account price) are non-refundable.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of all your accounts and forfeiture of any pending payouts. Please contact support first — we're happy to help.
